Senior Commercial Finance Analyst 3 months with potential for extension Immediate Start Salary: 70K- 80K annually Central London Based Hybrid Working The Client: My client is an innovative Property company in central London are looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a 3 month temporary contract with potential to be extended. This is a fantastic role. The Role Hybrid working: 3 days working in the office and 2 days working from home Must be availbale to start immediately Maintaining tight processes whilst being able to provide concise, accurate and timely financial reporting for the business Creating insightful financial analysis Reporting on complex accounting arrangements Liaising with your team to complete outstanding issues within projects. Resolving gaps within the service charge budgets, missing leasing information and reporting on outstanding rent reconciliations Providing ongoing support to improve on processes The Person: Only apply for this role if you have significant business partnering experience. Need to be ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified or part qualified and ideally experience within doing this role at a property company however this is not a necessity. Love working within a team and finishing projects in a timely manner. You must be a proactive and professional candidate.
