Summary: The Senior Cloud Migration Specialist (Azure) will play a pivotal role in a large-scale Azure migration programme within the banking and financial services sector. This senior-level position involves collaborating with a core technical team to drive the delivery of Azure foundations while ensuring compliance with strict resilience, security, and performance standards. The role requires a proven track record in enterprise-scale Azure migrations and strong stakeholder management skills. The position is hybrid, with specific on-site requirements in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive execution and delivery of workload migrations onto the Azure cloud platform.
- Collaborate closely with a core team of 15–20 technical architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve complex migration blockers.
- Ensure all technical infrastructure designs meet the strict resilience, security, and performance standards required for critical financial services infrastructure.
Key Skills:
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale Azure Migration or Transformation projects.

Project & Team Environment:
This is a senior-level technical role within a substantial, highly visible cloud migration initiative. While the wider transformation programme scales across 200+ people, you will operate daily within a high-impact, core technical group of 15–20 key stakeholders to drive the delivery of proven Azure foundations.
