Summary: The Senior Cloud Delivery Manager will oversee the transition of critical national infrastructure services to the cloud, focusing on high-assurance and business-critical cloud and infrastructure services. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of cloud and infrastructure initiatives supporting essential services
- Own delivery governance, plans, RAID, dependencies, and assurance across workstreams
- Proactively manage risks to resilience, availability, and service continuity
- Act as the senior delivery interface across cloud engineering, architecture, security, vendors, and client stakeholders
- Ensure solutions are secure-by-design and resilient-by-design, with appropriate controls and evidence
- Manage third-party and supplier delivery against quality, timelines, and integration outcomes
Key Skills:
- Senior Delivery Manager experience delivering cloud programmes
- Background in regulated, high-availability or CNI environments (energy, utilities, transport, telecoms, etc.)
- Strong delivery governance and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating where risk, compliance, and resilience are as critical as pace
- SC clearance is an advantage but not essential

We're recruiting a Senior Cloud Delivery Manager to support a major Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) programme as it transitions core services to the cloud.
This role is centred on delivering high-assurance, business-critical cloud and infrastructure services in a regulated, high-availability environment. Success here is driven by strong governance, risk management, operational resilience, and stakeholder confidence.
You'll lead delivery across multiple technical and third-party workstreams, ensuring cloud and hybrid solutions meet strict requirements around security, resilience, service continuity, and regulatory compliance.
