Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and oversight, promoting high standards of quality, safety and professional excellence for the delivery of complex site development and infrastructure projects - noted as Responsible Engineer (RE) for Sellafield programmes
- Support successful project delivery through effective planning, resource management and commercial awareness
- Act as a line manager, supporting performance, wellbeing, and career development of junior members, through coaching and mentoring
- Provide day to day support within the Whitehaven office, helping to foster an inclusive, collaborative, engaging and high-performing culture
- Collaborate with other North offices to support, project delivery, and capability growth and link with the senior leadership group, contributing to resourcing, and performance discussions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Key Criteria
- Experience in site development and civil infrastructure design and delivery undertaking key roles, within complex or regulated environments.
- Experience leading, coaching or supporting project teams, contributing to technical capability within a team or organisation and ultimately deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Experience working in client facing and construction environments, with an ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across multi-disciplinary teams or office locations.
- Commercial awareness and ability to support project and business performance.
