Summary: Senior Change Manager/Project Manager needed for a global insurance business to lead technology change initiatives within a complex environment. Senior Change Manager/Project Manager, Technology Solution Delivery lead, Financial Services.

Global Insurance business are looking for a senior individual with gravitas and energy to join the central technology team and deliver on a portfolio of organisational technology change initiatives within a large and complex environment.

Particular initiatives relate to; 1 changing how the organisation approaches SDLC and software engineering, 2 identifying how Data and AI is shaping organisational change, particularly in MI and feedback loops on operations and 3 technology solutions to improve how the organisation interacts with its people, training, career paths etc. Strength in any one of these areas will be a clear advantage.

You must be a proven hands on Project Manager with a track record of delivering significant (step change) change/transformation within a Financial Services setting. You will be a technology solution driven self starter, highly effective communicator and motivated to deliver at pace with the team. Outside IR35, 6 months initially.
