We specialise in Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, and Palliative care for 72-residents. Positively led by an experienced and supportive senior management team, known for its warmth, dedication, and commitment to delivering care that feels truly personal. We’re looking for a Senior Care Assistant with a minimum Level 2 in Health & Social Care (applications from those working towards Level 3 are also welcome). You’ll bring a calm, compassionate approach and excellent communication skills as you lead the team on our Residential and Residential Dementia communities. In this role, you’ll lead the care team, taking responsibility for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You’ll dispense and administer medication safely and work closely with our Nursing and Management teams to ensure residents receive the best possible support every day. You’ll maintain accurate records through our electronic care planning system, ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of person-centred support.
