Summary: The Senior C++ Software Engineer role is focused on developing real-time embedded software for advanced defence and aerospace projects in the UK, specifically for the European Common Radar System (ECRS). Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise skills in UML modelling and C++ to develop new capabilities and maintain existing features within an IBM Engineering Rhapsody modelling environment.
- Work alongside systems and hardware engineers to deploy software to multi-core or distributed hardware platforms.
- Adhere to airborne software design standard RTCA 178C and coding standards such as MISRA C/C++.
