Summary: Senior C#.Net Developer required for a large Investment Bank in Canary Wharf, focusing on Front Office Risk and PnL applications related to XVA and Financial Resource Management. The role demands extensive experience in C# and .NET, along with a strong background in Investment Banking. Responsibilities include application development, code reviews, and participation in SCRUM meetings. Ideal candidates will possess a solid understanding of backend technologies and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop applications for XVA and Financial Resource Management within the Front Office Risk and PnL space.
- Perform code reviews and participate in SCRUM meetings (stand up and team retrospective).
- Utilize backend technologies including .NET 8.0, SQL Server, and asynchronous message-driven communication.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Implement clean code practices and software craftsmanship.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in C#, SQL, microservices, and refactoring.
- Experience with .NET 8.0, Windows Services, SQL Server, ClickHouse, and ASP .NET Web API.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GIT (Bitbucket) and TeamCity.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and service-oriented architectures.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Recent experience in Investment Banking as a C#.Net Developer.
