Your role will be focussing on managing & buying the latest beauty brands within an award winning portfolio.With turnover increasing more than four-fold the trajectory it shows no sign of them slowing down. This truly is a great place to work in the industry and they boast a fluid and flexible style which their employees love and so will you!Creating bespoke Joint Business Plans for applicable cosmetics brands this includes negotiating promotions with suppliers.Monitoring spikes in sales and trends. Adhering to a buying cycle and ensuring that monthly orders are created and sent to suppliers on time. Work with teams to create, develop, and deliver product that excites the customer and promotes the brand globally whilst ensuring the commercial targets are met; presenting strategy and range as appropriate and gaining buy in from the Leadership team.About You..You will be a flourishing Senior Beauty Buyer and highly numerate with strong analytical skills. Ability to work efficiently and to tight deadlines in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. Have exceptional written, copywriting, proofreading and communication skills together with a keen eye for detail and creative flair.
