Senior Buyer – Property & Facilities Management

Location: Flexible working (London office 1-2 days a month)

Salary: £40K to £54K + Comprehensive Benefits

A leading Healthcare business are seeking a Senior Buyer – Property & Facilities Management to play a pivotal role in driving value across a broad spectrum of hard and soft FM services. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver strategic sourcing initiatives across the Property & FM category
• Support the development and implementation of category strategies
• Manage supplier relationships, focusing on cost control, quality improvement, and risk mitigation
• Provide commercial guidance and market expertise to internal stakeholders
• Be a proactive advocate for procurement best practices and standardisation

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience in both hard and soft FM procurement
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strategic sourcing and category management expertise
• Commercially focused with a track record of delivering added value and cost savings
• Understanding of contract law and supplier risk management
