Senior Business & Program Management Consultant (32660)

Summary: The Senior Business & Program Management Consultant role focuses on managing and driving system development and enhancement projects within a GxP/Clinical context. The consultant will oversee project financials, vendor management, and ensure compliance with system lifecycle processes. This position requires extensive experience in IT project management, particularly with GXP systems. The role is based in Waukegan, IL, with a hybrid working arrangement of three days onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive all aspects of in-flight system development and enhancement projects.
• Complete contracting and pre-SLC assessments for new projects.
• Assess new business capability requests.
• Oversee project financial management and vendor management.
• Create and review SLC documents.

Key Skills:

• 8-10 years of Senior IT project experience with System Lifecycle (SLC) expertise.
• Experience with GXP system implementation, including custom development and validated systems.
• Portfolio and program management experience.
• Project financial management and vendor management expertise.
• Clinical systems experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
