Summary: The Business Process Management Analyst role involves supporting a global pharmaceutical client's transformation program focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation and process excellence. The position requires strong process mapping and improvement skills to optimize business processes across global operations. The analyst will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive process design and support transformational initiatives. This is a six-month contract with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process design and facilitate workshops.
- Identify improvement opportunities and support transformational change initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data, and Technology functions.

Key Skills:
- Strong experience in process mapping and process improvement.

- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.

We are helping our global pharmaceutical client to recruit a talented and driven Business Process Management Analyst to join their high-profile global transformation programme focused on SAP S/4HANA implementation and process excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong Process Mapping and Process Improvement skills to play a key role within the Process Excellence team, helping to shape and optimise business processes across global operations.
Working closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Data, and Technology functions, you’ll drive process design, facilitate workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and support transformational change initiatives.
