Summary: The Senior ICT Business Partner serves as a strategic liaison between the ICT department and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment of ICT services with business objectives. This role focuses on driving efficiency, value, and innovation while managing a portfolio of ICT customers and supporting change initiatives. The position requires strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior leaders and promote best practices in service management. The role is hybrid and requires SC clearance or eligibility to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead ICT engagement with senior stakeholders to align technology with business priorities
- Manage ICT services and drive continuous improvement for value and performance
- Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and service level agreements
- Represent ICT at executive and national levels; deputise for the Head of Business Services
- Promote best practices in business relationship and service management
- Guide and support team development, performance, and service quality
Key Skills:
- Proven ICT leadership in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment (ITIL-based)
- Strong understanding of IT platforms, service economics, and change delivery
- Experience influencing senior leaders without direct line authority
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Trained in LEAN/Six Sigma or similar business improvement methods
- Desirable experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and ITIL frameworks
