Summary: The Senior Business Continuity Analyst role is a 12-month fixed-term contract focused on business continuity and crisis management within an investment management firm. The position involves comprehensive responsibilities including BC planning, policy reviews, and incident reporting. Candidates must possess experience in business continuity and a solid understanding of FCA/PRA regulations. The role requires a hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days remote, based in Liverpool, Manchester, or Glasgow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects of business continuity planning.
- Coordinate Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and policy reviews.
- Report on incidents and plan/testing of business continuity plans.
- Conduct exercises and map important business services.
- Set impact tolerances and assist with crisis management.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Business Continuity.
- Good understanding of FCA/PRA regulations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
