• Lead the development of target operating models to promote efficiency and improved outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and operational delivery.
• Identify transformation opportunities to enhance organisational performance.
• Develop and embed business design principles for decision-making across the organisation.
• Provide business architecture assurance for coherence across programmes and projects.
• Act as a strategic connector between business and digital teams for cohesive service design.
