Summary: As a Senior Business Architect at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS), you will play a pivotal role in transforming the organization into a customer-focused entity by designing and optimizing business capabilities and operating models. You will lead the development of a comprehensive business architecture framework that supports MaPS' strategic objectives and digital transformation goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain a business architecture framework aligned with MaPS’ strategic objectives.
- Map and optimize business capabilities, processes, and value streams for integrated service delivery.
- Lead the development of target operating models to promote efficiency and improved customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and operational delivery.
- Identify and shape transformation opportunities to enhance organizational performance.
- Develop and embed business design principles to guide decision-making across the organization.
- Provide business architecture assurance to maintain coherence across programs and projects.
- Act as a strategic connector between business and digital teams to ensure cohesive service design.
