Bring extraordinary entertainment experiences to life through technology

What happens when world-class entertainment meets innovative technology?

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst & Project Manager to help shape the technology behind iconic entertainment experiences, immersive attractions, studio tours and customer-facing retail environments.

Working at the intersection of business transformation, digital innovation and real-world experiences, you'll bridge business stakeholders, technical teams and external partners to turn complex requirements into seamless, reliable solutions.

From ticketing and booking platforms to point-of-sale systems, payments, enterprise integrations and visitor analytics, you'll play a key role in delivering technology that enhances customer journeys and supports high-performing operational teams.

If you're a hands-on technology professional who enjoys combining business analysis with project leadership-and seeing the tangible impact of your work-this is an opportunity to make your mark in a distinctive, globally connected environment.

Lead business analysis and solution definition

  • Translate business objectives into clear functional requirements, process maps, capability models and technical delivery specifications.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops, gap analyses and process improvement initiatives across attractions, retail and customer-facing operations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer journeys, operational efficiency and technology performance.

Drive end-to-end project delivery

  • Take ownership of small-to-medium technology projects and workstreams, from discovery and planning through implementation, go-live and post-launch support.
  • Manage delivery plans, milestones, risks, dependencies and change activities, ensuring stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Coordinate cutover planning, operational readiness and deployment activities while minimising disruption to live environments.

Connect platforms, systems and suppliers

  • Work across ticketing and booking platforms, point-of-sale (POS), payment solutions, visitor analytics and SAP ERP integrations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, solution architects, SaaS vendors and implementation partners to deliver robust, fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Support payment security and PCI DSS compliance requirements in partnership with relevant technical and security specialists.

Champion quality and stakeholder engagement

  • Develop test strategies, scenarios, acceptance criteria and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
  • Coordinate defect resolution, business sign-off and implementation readiness.
  • Communicate roadmaps, project updates, risks and delivery decisions clearly to technical teams and senior operational stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of relevant experience across business analysis, project management or technology delivery, ideally combining both disciplines.
  • Experience delivering technology change in customer-facing, high-volume or multi-site environments.
  • Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis and functional documentation.
  • Practical exposure to several of the following: ticketing and booking systems, POS, payments, SAP or other ERP integrations, visitor analytics and customer-facing platforms.
  • Experience coordinating system integrations, testing, UAT, deployments and business change.
  • Confidence managing third-party suppliers and working across multidisciplinary business and technology teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
  • A proactive, structured approach to managing competing priorities, risks and delivery dependencies.

Relevant experience doesn't have to come exclusively from attractions or entertainment. We're keen to hear from professionals with transferable experience across retail, hospitality, travel, leisure, live events, visitor destinations and other complex customer-facing environments.

Why consider this opportunity?

  • Entertainment meets technology: Work on systems supporting memorable, real-world customer experiences.
  • Visible business impact: Help improve how customers interact with attractions, retail environments and associated services.
  • End-to-end ownership: Combine business analysis, stakeholder engagement and hands-on project delivery.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with business leaders, technical specialists, external partners and operational teams.
  • A distinctive career opportunity: Apply your technology delivery expertise in a globally connected entertainment environment.

Ready for your next challenge?

If you're a Business Analyst and Project Manager who thrives on solving complex problems, connecting business needs with technology and delivering change that makes a tangible difference to customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Help power the technology behind unforgettable customer experiences.
