Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the design and delivery of finance and operational solutions within pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. The position requires extensive knowledge of finance and manufacturing processes in regulated settings, collaborating with both business and technical teams. The analyst will lead business analysis activities and ensure compliance with GxP/GMP standards. Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis activities across finance and manufacturing workstreams
- Engage with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and process documentation
- Ensure solutions align with GxP/GMP-compliant and validated business processes
- Advise on pharmaceutical manufacturing best practices, including audit readiness, batch traceability, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Support solution design workshops and act as the bridge between business users and system/technical teams
- Contribute to testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and validation documentation
- Drive process improvement initiatives across finance and operations
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing)
- Solid knowledge of GMP, GxP, Computer System Validation (CSV), and regulated ERP landscapes
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or transformations (eg, finance systems)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
