Senior Business Analyst - PAM/PAW

Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role focuses on managing business, security, operational, and technical requirements for PAM and PAW workstreams, primarily in Reading with a hybrid working arrangement. Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, analyse, validate, and manage business, security, operational, and technical requirements for PAM/PAW workstreams.
• Bridge the gap between business stakeholders, security teams, network teams, architects, designers, operations, and delivery teams.
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders to gather and manage requirements.
• Ensure clear requirements are established for successful implementation of PAM and PAW initiatives.

Key Skills:

• Strong senior business analysis experience in IT, security, infrastructure, network, or transformation programmes.
• Expertise in privileged access, identity access management, cyber security, network access, or infrastructure control initiatives.
• Good understanding of PAM and PAW concepts, including privileged users, approval workflows, and secure admin access.
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and requirements management skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

Salary (Rate): £500 per day
