Summary: We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a critical project requiring hands-on expertise in mapping business processes and engaging stakeholders. The role involves significant travel across Blackburn, Benelux, and Germany, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and optimising processes using Six Sigma methodology. This position is outside IR35 and is offered on a 12-month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in process mapping tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement gathering exercises and translate findings into actionable deliverables.
- Perform end-to-end process mapping using Visio or equivalent tools.
- Manage stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
- Apply Six Sigma methodology to optimise processes.
- Collaborate closely with project leads to ensure timely delivery of the plan.
Key Skills:
- Proven Business Analysis expertise with strong process mapping capability
- Proficiency in Visio (or similar workflow tools).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with SAP systems (preferred).
