Summary: The role is for a Senior Business Analyst on a 6-month initial contract, with the potential for extension, to support a notable organization during a business-wide change transition. The position requires direct engagement with senior stakeholders to map current and future state processes, create documentation, and provide ad hoc support. The candidate should have experience in translating requirements from sales operations to technical functions. An immediate start is required for this urgent position.

Urgent requirement for an experienced Business Analyst to join a notable organisation as they continue through a business wide change transition period. You will be engaging directly various senior stakeholders to map current and future state processes, create process documentation, and provide ad hoc support to the program. Candidate must be well versed in supporting the translation of requirments & data from sales operations to the technical functions within a business. Skills and experience:
- Strong experience of mapping and modelling business and technical processes to support the "as is" status and "to be" outcome of business change programmes.
- Proficiency in business process mapping and change management methodologies and tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders quickly.
- Experience supporting organizational change or working within large scale change programs.
- Familiarity with program management frameworks and tools is a plus.
