Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive experience in the Gas & Oil sector to lead critical projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, data migration, and ETRM systems, particularly Endur. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable solutions. The position is hybrid based in London and classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture business problems, value drivers, and requirements, translating them into actionable solutions.
- Assess risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact.
- Model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvements.
- Develop compelling business cases and manage approvals and prioritization.
- Maintain clear documentation and ensure traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with software suppliers, designers, and developers to meet business needs.
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing.
- Lead stakeholder management activities and large design sessions.
- Set direction for business analysis activities and propose improvements.
Key Skills:
- Strong Agile project experience and ability to educate stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
- 7-10 years in IT and team leadership roles.
- Data Migration experience.
