Senior Business Analyst – KYC / CDD (Banking)

Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to gather and document requirements using Agile tools
Conduct stakeholder workshops to define business needs and translate them into structured requirements
Perform detailed functional, data, and impact analysis with clear acceptance criteria
Support KYC, onboarding, and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes within a wholesale banking environment
Create visual artefacts such as process maps, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure clarity in delivery
Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the project lifecycle
