Senior Business Analyst – Contract
Location: Reading – Hybrid (1–3 days onsite)
Rate: £375 - £450 per day, inside IR35
Duration: 6 months
Our client is a major UK water and wastewater provider, responsible for delivering essential services to millions of customers.
The organisation operates a complex, operationally critical workforce and is focused on improving how data supports workforce planning and operational performance.
They are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst (Data) to support workforce management initiatives, working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical, data-driven solutions.
Key requirements
- Previous utilities industry experience is essential.
- Strong Senior Business Analyst experience with a data focus.
- Workforce management, resource planning or operational scheduling experience.
- Familiarity with data tools, reporting and data-driven processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, requirements gathering and process mapping skills.
- Ability to translate operational needs into clear, actionable data requirements.
This is an opportunity to contribute to an important operational programme within the UK utilities sector on a six-month contract.
