Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business analysis across the full product delivery life cycle
- Manage and mentor a team of Business Analysts, supporting their development
- Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems, processes and dependencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver user-focused solutions
- Identify risks, opportunities and areas for improvement to support a successful system transition
- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the BA practice across the organisation and wider community
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile delivery environments (Scrum, iterative sprints)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work across disciplines (developers, designers, testers, product owners)
- Skilled in mapping business processes and defining functional requirements
