- Working with Business Process Analysts during and after Discovery to add Salesforce platform context to business process documentation
- Post-session synthesis, theme identification, and drafting playback materials for review and refinement
- Maintaining a consolidated view of open Discovery items, SME inputs, and pending decisions, and chasing these through to closure
- Pulling or coordinating the retrieval of data needed to support Discovery decisions (e.g. open opportunities by product type, user role mapping, brand-level revenue breakdowns) — directly from Salesforce where possible, or via coordination with the relevant teams
Squad level support
You will also support work that within one of the product squads but will involve lot of cross squad coordination.
This includes:
- Detailed requirements gathering and user story writing - A huge focus of this role would be to synthesize User Stories from details captured from detailed requirement gathering sessions / Discovery sessions with SMEs
- Helping the squad and Squad’s Product Owner understand and groom the stories.
- Reviewing the Acceptance Criteria and Test Scripts for each User Story ensuring we have good coverage.
- Working with Business Process Analysts to ensure all the process documents are captured and maintained.
- Working with the Change team as needed to review the change material
- Supporting the coordination wave coming with UAT, test readiness, and cutover as the programme approaches go-live
- Refining SME decks, Discovery playback presentations, hotspot and risk registers, and capability maps
- Producing one-pagers, summaries, and decision memos for business / SME audiences
- Building and maintaining a SharePoint site for the product squad as a living communication and progress-tracking tool - covering product metrics, sprint progress, programme updates, and stakeholder communications (this part of the role will grow as the team matures)
- Running coordination activities during UK hours that would otherwise be blocked by time zone gaps with the Product Lead and Product Manager
- Product decision-making - direction and decisions remain with the Squad PO (Proxy PO, Product Managers and Product Lead
