Summary: The role of Senior Business Analyst focuses on leveraging expertise in Openlink Findur to enhance trading operations, risk management, and compliance within the energy and commodities sectors. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, support system integration, and ensure regulatory alignment. The initial phase involves working in Geneva before transitioning to a hybrid model in London. The role is classified as inside IR35 with a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams in the design and implementation of Openlink Findur solutions.
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to trade capture, risk, settlements, and reporting processes.
- Support configuration and integration of Findur modules across front, middle, and back office functions.
- Collaborate with traders, risk analysts, compliance, and IT teams to enhance trade lifecycle management and real-time reporting.
- Conduct system testing, UAT coordination, and training for end-users.
- Ensure alignment of Findur functionalities with regulatory requirements (e.g., EMIR, MiFID II, REMIT).
- Support ongoing enhancements and performance tuning of the Findur platform.
Key Skills:
- Strong Business/Technical Analyst Experience.
- Some exposure to Openlink Findur project design and implementation/support experience.
- Solid industry experience in treasury and cash management from the banking or commodities industry.
- Experience with ETRM / CTRM systems, particularly in finance.
- Solid understanding of trading products including commodities, FX, credit, or fixed income.
- Familiarity with SQL, system integration, and data mapping processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks (EMIR, REMIT, MiFID II, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
