Summary: As a Senior Business Analyst at SSE, you will lead the transformation of business operations through a flagship programme focused on agility and digital capabilities. Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders, capturing requirements, designing processes, and supporting the development of impactful solutions. You will also mentor a team of Business Analysts, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the programme. This position is pivotal in enhancing the customer journey and aligning with SSE's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the gathering of business requirements from stakeholders through workshops and interviews.
• Design future-state business processes and data flows aligned with digital transformation objectives.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical design teams.
• Document current state processes and perform gap analyses to support effective change delivery.
• Mentor and guide a team of Business Analysts, promoting consistent practices across the programme.
