Summary: The Senior Business Analyst role is crucial for transforming the General Insurance Business by leveraging technology to address complex business challenges. The role is based in Norwich, Bristol, or Perth and is offered as a 6-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead major platform upgrade initiatives and the adoption of Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions.
  • Drive M&A and technology integration activities across the portfolio.
  • Champion technology innovation, particularly by harnessing Generative AI, Automation, and data solutions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of pricing strategies and broker solutions through digital technology.
  • Lead all business analysis activities for assigned large-scale transformation projects.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements using established methodologies and templates.
  • Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in shaping business outcomes and delivering business analysis for technology and business change projects with annual budgets of £1m - £5m.
  • Experience working within a highly regulated, financial services environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance enterprise technologies, for example, Snowflake, Guidewire, Salesforce, Earnix, or ICE.
  • Direct experience with emerging technologies such as GenAI, Automation, Digital, and Data solutions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder liaison skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, negotiate, and influence change, comfortably challenging the norm when necessary.
  • Detailed knowledge and practical experience in the application of business analysis tools and techniques.

Overview
