About Our Client
They are a large public sector organisation in Edinburgh.
Job Description
- To analyse opportunities which have been identified/shortlisted by the automation team.
- Work with business stakeholders to identify future opportunities which can be achieved via automation. They should contribute towards: Capacity release, Operational efficiency & Streamlining of existing workflows
- Conduct analysis to define potential value for opportunities, enabling effective prioritisation and feasibility assessment
- Work with product and technical development teams to establish an outcome focussed roadmap for automation in 2025-26
- Support the Product Manager with building out a backlog of opportunities and experiments supported by analysis and data.
- Provide business analysis expertise to support definition and delivery of solutions that meet identified business outcomes
- Co-ordinate verification of automated outputs with business stakeholders as part of the route to live
