Senior Business Analyst

Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will join the Technology and Media Operations team to lead the Business Analysis and System Design work stream within the Resource Scheduling Programme. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to modernize and simplify systems across HR, Learning, and Resource Scheduling platforms. The position is critical for delivering transformation and ensuring solutions align with business goals. The role requires a strong background in large-scale programmes and expertise in Resource Scheduling products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a major programme.
• Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate across disciplines to ensure shared understanding.
• Translate complexity into actionable insights and solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping BA best practices.
• Drive change and help deliver tangible business benefits through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior BA on large-scale programmes.
• Expertise in Resource Scheduling products and Change Management.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, IT or related field.
• Skilled in process mapping, requirements engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience of working with technical delivery teams and software product management.
• Ability to simplify complex problems and work effectively under pressure.
