Summary: The Senior Business Analyst will join the Technology and Media Operations team to lead the Business Analysis and System Design work stream within a Resource Scheduling Programme. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to modernize and simplify systems across HR, Learning, and Resource Scheduling platforms. The position requires a strong focus on delivering transformation and operational change within a major programme. The successful candidate will also mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a major programme.
- Gather, define, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate across disciplines to ensure shared understanding.
- Translate complexity into actionable insights and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to shaping BA best practices.
- Drive change and help deliver tangible business benefits through effective planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior BA on large-scale programmes.
- Expertise in Resource Scheduling products and Change Management.
- Degree or equivalent experience in Business Management, IT or related field.
- Skilled in process mapping, requirements engineering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Experience of working with technical delivery teams and software product management.
- Ability to simplify complex problems and work effectively under pressure.
