Summary: FDM is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Belfast, focusing on the migration of an automation pipeline within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, analyse, document, and manage requirements with stakeholders using various techniques.
• Identify, document, and validate current state processes and support stakeholders in designing the desired future state.
• Oversee business requirements delivery, monitor risks, ensure quality outputs, and track progress.
• Analyse impacted business processes/systems and ensure acceptance criteria demonstrate necessary changes.
• Work with Change Management to identify and manage customer and employee experience impacts.
• Provide business/product subject matter expertise and drive focus toward business value.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with delivery framework and objectives.
• Support change management planning and activities for operational readiness.
• Assist with Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) planning and activities as needed.
