Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead and conduct analysis for complex workstreams, including data migration, process redesign, and regulatory impact assessments. This role involves translating business needs into clear requirements and supporting the design of solutions aligned with the future operating model.

• Lead analysis for complex workstreams such as data migration, process redesign, or regulatory impact assessment.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements for operations, technology, and suppliers.
• Support solution design aligned to the organisation's future operating model.
• Validate data and process impacts arising from the service provider exit.
• Provide analytical insight to support programme-level decision-making.
• Map current versus future processes and identify business requirements for systems, reporting, and operational changes.
• Support data migration validation and reconciliation.
• Conduct impact assessments for regulatory, customer, and operational changes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and operational readiness activities.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills in complex operational environments.
• Strong understanding of pensions administration or similar regulated processes.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify data quality issues.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in supplier transition or outsourcing programmes.

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in data analysis and business analysis.
• Competency in systems analysis and business systems analysis.
• Support and troubleshooting Experience.
• Quality management knowledge.
