Summary: This role is for a Senior Business Analyst specializing in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within a global recruitment firm. The position is based in Manchester and requires a hybrid working arrangement, with three days on-site each week. The contract is for six months and classified as inside IR35, with a daily rate of £483. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end delivery and implementation of IAM capabilities.
- Gather and validate requirements from IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
- Define end-to-end solutions and develop process flows.
- Support system integration, user adoption, and training related to IGA product uplifts.
Key Skills:
- Deep expertise in IAM/IGA.
- Strong understanding of IAM governance and control ownership.
- Experience in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description-
Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in IAM/IGA to drive end to end delivery and implementation of IAM capabilities.
