Job Description

Lead end-to-end delivery and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities. Gather, analyse, and validate business and technical requirements in collaboration with architects, product owners, and engineering teams. Define end-to-end IAM/IGA solutions, ensuring alignment with governance models and control ownership frameworks. Develop and maintain detailed process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation. Support system integration activities, including testing, user adoption, and training related to IGA product enhancements. Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
