Summary: The Senior Business Analyst for Financial Reconciliation Systems will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of AutoRek solutions for global clients. This role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and guiding delivery teams throughout the development and implementation phases. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure alignment with client needs and effective project management. The analyst will also act as a client advocate during the development and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and design workshops with stakeholders.
- Define and document current and future-state business processes and solution designs.
- Estimate project effort and support bid approval processes during discovery phases.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to validate delivery plans and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Act as the client advocate during development and testing phases, supporting triage, defect management, and scope change control.
- Drive status meetings, document actions/risks, and support issue resolution and escalation management.
