Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyse existing data flows, processes, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Document traceable business requirements across the full project lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams and vendors to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Define and coordinate UAT, acceptance criteria, and solution validation.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement, and Agile ceremonies.
- Prepare business cases and contribute to prioritisation and benefits realisation.
Key Skills:
- 4–7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within technology or energy trading environments.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- Strong exposure to ETRM/ETRM-adjacent systems (Endur or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with systems/data modelling and engineering concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree-level education (STEM or IT ideal).
- Desirable: CBAP or PMI-PBA certification, Agile or SAFe qualifications, Lean Practitioner experience.
