Senior Business Analyst - Digital Experience

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile digital experience programme, helping shape the future of customer-facing services.

You'll lead discovery activities, working with stakeholders to understand current processes, perform gap analysis, gather and document business requirements, and support the production of RFIs.

You'll play a key role in defining user needs, championing user-centred design principles, and ensuring solutions deliver an outstanding user experience.

We're looking for someone with proven experience leading discovery, facilitating workshops, translating complex business needs into clear requirements, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including UX, product and technology.

This role has been deemed outside of IR35 and the work will dictate the amount of onsite required.
