Key Responsibilities:

  • Support P3M transformation through requirements gathering, process design, and operating model development.
  • Drive process improvements and strengthen governance in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).
  • Map As-Is/To-Be processes and create BPMN models.
  • Develop business capability models and support target operating model design.
  • Define management information (MI), reporting requirements, and data quality frameworks.
  • Produce functional specifications and support programme roadmaps.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Work within large-scale or regulated environments.
  • Adapt to a hybrid working environment in North East England.

  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in capital projects or asset-intensive environments.
  • Strong experience in P3M, capital delivery life cycles, and process transformation.
  • Expertise in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and BPMN modelling.

  • Strong understanding of governance frameworks, controls, and RACI development.
  • Experience in defining MI, reporting requirements, and data quality frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

We are supporting a major capital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a P3M transformation, focusing on requirements gathering, process design and operating model development.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to drive process improvements, strengthen governance and support the delivery of a large-scale capital programme.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within capital projects or asset-intensive environments
  • Strong experience across P3M, capital delivery life cycles and process transformation
  • Experience leading stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering and producing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
  • Expertise in As-Is/To-Be process mapping and BPMN modelling
  • Experience developing business capability models and supporting target operating model design
