Job Purpose:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in capturing requirements, leading workshops, and driving process improvements to support the uplift of asset information capability. You'll provide valuable input to the Asset Information Maturity Assessment and contribute to the delivery of the Asset Information Improvement Programme.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Requirements Capture and Analysis
    - Lead the elicitation, documentation, and management of requirements.
    - Translate asset information needs into structured, validated requirements.
  2. Workshop Leadership and Engagement
    - Plan and facilitate workshops and focus groups.
    - Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
  3. Process Mapping and Improvement
    - Analyse processes to identify inefficiencies.
    - Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and related process improvement techniques.
  4. Roadmap Support
    - Support maturity assessments and baseline reviews.
    - Document user stories and acceptance criteria.
  5. Governance and Reporting
    - Maintain traceability and support governance forums.

  • Knowledge of transmission assets and systems is a plus!
