Senior Business Analyst London – Hybrid (2 days a week on site) 6 Month Contract (In Scope IR35) £500 - £600 p/day
Our client is a Consultancy that combines global know-how with local insight to help their clients turn business goals into reality, by offering innovation, automation and organisational design.
Due to an increased workload they are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join on an initial 6 month contract to provide strategic business analysis services to clients and other business partners as required.
The Senior Business Analyst will lead business analysis activities from end-to-end – addressing operational, financial and technological problems, providing analysis, recommendations and project implementation based on the opportunities identified.
As a Senior Business Analyst you will:
- Lead best practice analysis, design, documentation and initiation of business as usual and project processes and workflows.
- This includes workshops, facilitating discussions, creating and updating analysis documentation such as problem statements and business cases, providing test cases and facilitation, prioritising tasks to ensure efficient and on-time delivery and managing customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Produce required project analysis documentation including business cases, value/cost benefits, SWOT analysis, GAP analysis, problem statements, training materials, workflow diagrams, user stories, future state proposals, test plans and decks for decision making.
- Support leadership and peers through collaboration with other BA’s such as peer reviews, helping to resolve issues and holding each other accountable for results.
- Attend regular meetings with project teams to review project deliverables and deadlines
The Successful Senior Business Analyst will have:
- Previous experience in a similar Senior Business Analyst role working on a variety of projects
- Experience working in a consultancy environment and managing relationships and deliverables for external clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with extensive experience implementing business analysis frameworks and project delivery methodologies
- A Business Analysis qualification (BCS, CBAP or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
