Key Responsibilities:

• Managing client relationships and service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
• Providing a range of Building Surveying duties across multiple projects.
• Conducting building pathology and due diligence surveys.
• Designing and specifying projects, including Net Zero schemes.
• Performing pre and post contract duties for projects.
• Administering contracts and managing project timelines.
• Utilizing standard forms of building contracts, ideally JCT and NEC.
• Ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations at a designer level.

Key Skills:

• BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
• Full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Demonstrated all-round surveying experience.
• Strong team working and communication skills.
• Proficiency in IT, including Word and Excel.
• Experience with AutoCAD and knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
• Understanding of BIM and Health and Safety requirements.
• Willingness to travel within the region and beyond as required.
