Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex Building Regulation applications under the Building Act 1984.
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise of Building Regulations and associated legislation.

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Mentor and support junior staff, providing technical advice and career guidance.
- Conduct plan checking for Building regulation purposes.

- Demonstrable experience of managing complex Building Regulation applications under the Building Act 1984.
- In depth, technical knowledge and expertise of Building Regulations and the legislation associated.
- Proven ability to problem solve, provide innovative, forward thinking solutions.
- Excellent Communication skills, with experience of developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Previous experience of mentoring and supporting junior staff, providing technical advice and career guidance.
- Experience of Plan checking for Building regulation purposes.
