Summary: The Senior Brand Marketing role involves leading a team to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement through strategic content management and effective communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content strategy and deployment for the UK and Ireland, ensuring alignment with global directions.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for LAMPs activation across relevant touchpoints.
- Govern markets' media plans according to agreed priorities.
- Turn strategy into projects by selecting communication channels for campaigns and coordinating complex projects.
- Monitor engagement metrics, present results, and suggest improvements for efficiency.

In this role, your responsibilities include managing a team, agency performance and contracts, projects, and internal partners to effectively engage customers with our brands. The objective is to increase brand awareness, support the LAS journey along the funnel, and sustain retention at the highest level via meaningful and relevant brand communication!
Main responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Deployment
- Within the UK and Ireland and in line with global directions, you will develop the content strategy with a clear communication approach offline and online. With this, you'll manage content delivery, media planning, budget, process, projects & execution across channels & audiences for B2B and B2C customers.
- In this role, you'll identify and pursue new opportunities for LAMPs activation across a plethora of relevant and high CC usage touchpoints.
- You'll govern markets' media plans following agreed priorities.
Driving customer activation through meaningful brand content
- As the Brand Manager, you must turn strategy into projects by choosing communication channels for campaigns. You'll coordinate high complexity projects within clear outcome, scope, budget, resources, and timing applying appropriate project management methodology.
- Monitor engagement metrics, present results, suggest improvements, and seek efficiency through industry standards and market experiences.
- You will incorporate standard methodologies for local implementation by trans-creating messages, toolboxes, and initiatives from the OC Consumer (RRP) team.
Agency management & content production
- Manage supplier relationships and contracts to build partnerships for effective business support.
Content performance management
- You'll continuously assess and monitor brand and product communications efficiency (content, event, etc.) to optimize awareness, acquisition, and retention, and NPS.
Stakeholder & team management
- You'll maintain strong and effective relationships with the Region, HUB, project owners, and markets by proactively managing collaborators' expectations and ensuring transparent and quality communication. You'll be leading stakeholders, customers, partners and team members to achieve performance and development goals.
Budget & process control
- You'll be responsible for managing budget cycles to ensure delivery within budget and propose budget needs where necessary.
Legal & corporate framework
- Work with the legal team to ensure brand activities align with PMI policies and local laws. Understand major Legal and corporate issues. Collaborate with legal and EA teams for creative solutions, ensuring high-risk media campaigns deliver brand reach.
Skills, Experience and Proficiencies Required
- You will have ideally 5 - 7 years' experience in brand management or communications with digital marketing expertise!
- You are someone who has experience in content management, media plan governance, digital marketing, and audience segmentation.
- A strong understanding of consumer journey.
- Ability to mentor and develop capabilities and behaviors.
- Good attention to detail, alongside strong communication skills.
- Ability to adjust quickly and engage people at all levels.
