Summary: The Senior Brand Manager for Oral Care EMEA at Kenvue is responsible for leading regional deployment strategies and ensuring alignment with global brand initiatives. This role focuses on driving market share growth through effective marketing execution and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional deployment lead working across need states, partnering with regional deployment leads to cascade global strategies.
  • Ensure cohesive marketing deployment across clusters, aligned with the Global Growth brand plan.
  • Drive above market share growth through increased consumer penetration and leveraging global playbooks.
  • Member of the regional segment team, executing globally aligned strategies and participating in Global Growth forums.
  • Responsible for effective communication of globally aligned strategies and insights to the regional team.
  • Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and positioning for need state projects.
  • Rollout global communications and content to markets, editing for regional nuances.
  • Execute HCP & Influencers strategy and framework for need state projects.
  • Lead innovation rollout and manage commercial initiatives within the global governance framework.

Key Skills:

What You Will Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional deployment lead working across need states as per focus workstreams require - partnering with Regional deployment need state leads in segment to help cascade globally aligned strategy and initiatives with limited shaping and transcreation. The RDL links the Region to the Global Brand / Need State Table on a day-to-day basis
  • Ensures a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across clusters/ region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.
  • Drives above market share growth through increased consumer penetration, leveraging global playbooks and toolkits.
  • Modelling Kenvue behaviours Leadership foundations- Member of regional segment team, executing globally aligned strategy and priority workstreams across need states partnering closely with regional deployment need state leads for segment.
  • Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence.
  • Responsible for effective cascade of Globally aligned strategy, comms, innovation to region at growth forums
  • Provide consolidated consumer, HCP insights + needs to regional deployment lead team for consideration ‘Red’ flag check with non-priority markets on key global initiatives (ie, regs, DE&I, legal, sustainability)
  • Brand & connections excellence- Ensure market /region compliance to globally aligned brand strategy, and positioning for need state projects
  • Rollout global comms, content, playbooks to markets/clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global need state and redeployment leads
  • Ensure adoption & execution of SOBG principles across active markets
  • Cascade of HCP & Influencers strategy, playbook and executional framework, including regional congress, contact & sampling strategy, where relevant for need state projects
  • Executing within a framework for non-priority markets within a region, prioritize brand building activities as per globally cascaded 3 yr operating plan.
  • Innovation and portfolio excellence- Rollout Globally aligned innovation, as per stage gate governance & market prioritization.
  • Lead commercial, cost saving & loss avoidance initiatives, applying Global governance framework where relevant.
  • Ensure adoption of Portfolio Strategy, price, pack architecture, including any RGM, SPM regionally led actions.
  • Co-ordinate any Master text Artwork amends through Veraciti, adhering to global design guidelines.
  • Regulatory / Advocacy Orgs, manage impact of changes in guidelines, ie, product remediation / required changes.
  • Coordinate regional need state input for executive sales & operations planning, any supply chain opps/issues (ie, OOS, allocation management) & subsequent action plans, as aligned with regional deployment leads.
  • Partnering & retail excellence- Ensure rollout and adherence to created category strategy and shopper toolkits.
  • Drive key initiatives to meet perfect store metrics, with commercial capability team lead for need state projects
  • Putting our people first- Inspire the end-to-end high performing team, ensuring diverse views of the communities and consumers we serve are embedded in our thinking and plans.
  • Other Duties- Partners with supply and finance to ensure accurate supply projections and finance commitments.
  • Analyse financial and share metrics to support execution of the global brand growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with marketing budget management across all cost lines as well as contingency management
  • Consolidate total brand EMEA performance & insights for need state reviews, and external reporting.
  • Works in partnership with the cluster and / or local market leadership teams to ensure connectivity to the need state/brand plans.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field; Masters degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of Progressive experience developing and executing successful brand strategies, innovation, and operations, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability in the consumer health industry.
  • Evidence of having shaped thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment + making the complex simple.
  • Evidence of collaborative shaping with clarity & impact + cutting through swirl + not afraid to make difficult decisions.
  • Ability to make clear choices and highly developed prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth + substantial experience working with global teams and cascading globally aligned strategic plans/ initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation stage gate processes and milestones, resulting in sustained regional brand growth.
  • Understanding and leverage of technology (data, insights, analytics, marcom, AI) to drive better outcomes.
  • Experience & Influence in leading regional E2E cross functional teams + Strong Finance Acumen.
  • Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members.
  • Cycle of success in regional segment role + either worked & lived abroad or deep understanding of multi region and emerging markets.
