Summary: The Senior Brand Manager for Calpol and Ipren will lead the Pain Relief business within Kenvue's Consumer division, focusing on driving growth and executing marketing strategies across Northern Europe. This role involves managing a team, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and developing creative campaigns to enhance brand presence. The position requires collaboration with various teams to unlock growth opportunities and ensure effective market execution. This is a fixed-term contract position based in High Wycombe, England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth of the Pain Relief portfolio for Calpol and Ipren across Northern Europe.
• Deliver in-year P&L and share targets while shaping and deploying long-term plans.
• Develop and implement creative campaigns and toolkits for local markets.
• Lead media planning and digital initiatives in collaboration with media partners.
• Work with Customer Development teams to unlock share and category growth.
• Identify and execute commercial and innovation opportunities for growth.
• Manage Brand Marketing Expenditure (BME) and lead the Pain Squad.
• Coach and develop three direct reports.

Key Skills:

• Experience in senior marketing management within a local market.
• Degree level education or equivalent experience in brand management in FMCG.
• People management experience with a focus on coaching and talent development.
• Proven ability in developing content and communication plans, including media strategy.
