Check out our Social Responsibility page for more information.About the RoleThis role is reporting into our Marketing Director with one direct report.You will deliver a-glazing brand and marketing strategy, to drive PR, social media and paid media reach as well as drive a hole lot of brand love, and top of mind awareness growth, through brand campaign activation excellence.ResponsibilitiesDevelop & implement mid to long term customer centric marketing and brand strategies to assure company targets are achievedDefine the multi-layered brand calendar, taking ownership for the brand layers (LTOs, brand campaigns, brand partnerships) alongside the NPD manager and Go-To-Market and Activation managerDevelop and implement the PR, social media, and paid media strategy to drive earned, owned paid media reach, leading to brand fame, brand love and top of mind awareness growth in the UK and IrelandManage key agency relationships including PR agency and Paid Media agencyWork alongside NPD Manager to define innovation pipeline in the UK and Ireland, informed by customer needs and insightManage LTOs (Limited-Time-Offering) campaigns, defining the customer proposition for local LTOs and ensuring activation of the LTO across all channels as part of the GTM (Go-to-Market) processRequired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience managing direct reportsExpertise in retail marketing and ideally within the FMCG industryStrength and passion for both strategy and execution in equal measure, happy to roll your sleeves up to get the job doneA communications expert, with strong knowledge of your craftHighly commercial with a strong aptitude for brand managementExceptional relationship builderStrong attention to detail; you set a high bar and push those around you to execute with excellenceStrong self-starter with ability to proactively identify, drive and own projectsBias for action and starter finisher attitudeAbility and intellect to influence across multiple functions with strong communication skillsConsumer and trends focusedAmbitious and passionateWhat we offer:Competitive salaryLocation: Office based at least 3 days a week (Frimley or London - Oxford Street)25 days holidayA range of flexible benefitsCareer development opportunitiesFree doughnuts onsite & refreshmentsFree parking in FrimleyTeam funOur mission is to welcome everyone and create inclusive teams.
