Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and reviewing incoming contracts and supporting documentation, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed.
  • Working closely with Compliance to review contract terms and documentation, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing and resolving queries or issues raised by underwriters and brokers, maintaining strong communication and professional relationships.
  • Tracking the status of complex bordereaux submissions, ensuring timely receipt and processing.
  • Performing reconciliations between written risks and cash premiums, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Supporting internal reporting and data validation processes to ensure completeness and accuracy across all records.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience working with bordereaux reporting in an insurance or MGA environment.
  • Previous experience using VIPR Intrali in a working capacity.
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, reconciliation logic).
  • Confidence working with policy admin systems.
  • Methodical, detail-oriented and highly self-sufficient.
  • Able to deliver accurate work to fixed quarterly deadlines.
