Summary: The Senior Benefits Specialist role at a rapidly growing tech organization involves leading the design and management of benefits across EMEA, MENA, and APAC regions during a fixed-term contract. This position requires a strategic approach to tailor benefits programs to local markets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role demands strong operational expertise and the ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments. The successful candidate will work closely with regional leaders and global stakeholders to enhance employee experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end benefits lifecycle across diverse international locations, ensuring local compliance and optimal employee experience.
  • Lead third-party relationships, including negotiations, renewals, invoicing, and benefit platform oversight.
  • Research market norms and identify areas for improvement, driving cost-effective and impactful benefit solutions.
  • Partner with regional People teams, Finance, Payroll, and Procurement to ensure effective implementation and process alignment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, resolving benefit-related queries and supporting internal communication efforts.
  • Adapt global frameworks to reflect country-specific needs, ensuring cultural relevance and engagement.

  • Self-starting, flexible approach—comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Availability to start immediately or at short notice (max 1 month).

Salary (Rate): £86,000
